Days & Hours: 2 positions available, Any 3 set nights per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 8.00pm – 8.00am.

Sarah 2, is an adorable little girl who likes being cuddled and listening to music, particularly reggae! She enjoys a lot of stimulation, soft, furry textures and responds well to sensory equipment. Sarah has cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment and a sleeping disorder. We are looking for a night support worker with extensive experience with complex needs to assist Sarah with all aspects of her routine.
At night you will be responsible for supporting Sarah by providing personal care, following recommended therapy techniques, monitoring her health, providing Sarah with reassurance and facilitating a good night’s sleep. Sarah can often wake early and remain awake for the rest of the day, so on these occasions, you will be required to play with her and facilitate purposeful and stimulating activity. If you are confident with complex medical care and have experience in a waking night role we would love to hear from you.
This job will suit an empathetic, caring and kind person who enjoys working within a family home and providing 1:1 support. A truly rewarding position and opportunity to work which this fantastic little girl.
