Noah is an extremely bright and dangerously cute 3 year old boy who loves playing with his toy animals.  Noah has been diagnosed with ASD, ODD and ADHD. He is a very smart and capable little lad however he faces challenges with expressing his emotions which present with challenging behaviour. He has two sisters, Sarah (4) who is a real girly girl who can’t wait to start the big school and Tina (18 months) who loves her older siblings.  Part of the family is a cute Pomarian so you must be a dog lover!

This is a very busy household and we are looking for a level headed and organised nanny who can build a caring relationship with the children while setting up clear boundaries and routines. You will need extensive experience with children with ASD and ODD and be able to implement your skills into the daily routine to support with the management of Noah’s behaviour and be confident to introduce new strategies.

The morning routine can be a challenging time so you will need to be very calm and patient.  You will assist with homework, cooking nutritious meals for the children and nursery duties. You will organize playdates, trip and adventures, swimming and liaise with therapist and teachers.  Mum is very hand-on and requires an SEN Nanny who has the ability work alongside her as well as taking sole charge.

This exciting position will suit a confident, energetic and kind SEN Nanny who can multi-task and ‘pitch in’ as and when needed.  You will have the opportunity to travel with the family to some fantastic destinations that include South Africa and Dubai to name a few.  We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in Psychology, SEN or Occupational therapy.

A challenging but very rewarding role to work with this fantastic family and ensuring that Noah is reaching his full potential.
