Up to £26,520 gross per annum. Fun and confident Full Time  SEN Nanny/ Support worker required for Anna (13) with cerebral palsy.

Nearest Train: Hildenborough
Salary: Up to £26,520 gross per annum 
Driver required? Essential 
Use of a car? Adapted vehicle on duty 
Essential: Complex Medical Needs, including PEG feeding, suctioning and use of hoist
Start Date: ASAP 
Days & Hours: On average, 42.5 hour per week term time. Monday to Friday, 07.00 am to 11.00 am. 2.30 pm to 7.00 pm. Holidays, 4 days per week, 07.00 am to 7.00 pm. Occasional weekend shifts will be required.
Family Pets: 2 dogs, Guinea Pig

Anna , 13 lives with her parents, little brother Oliver, 10, (lover of football, midfield position), sister Emily 5, (enchanting), a rather cute Guinea pig,  a very loving Labrador and a lively Labradoodle. Anna loves music and movement and her favourite TV programme is Mr Tumble!  Anna has Cerebral Palsy, is nonverbal, visually impaired and has epilepsy. She is PEG fed, oxygen dependent overnight and requires medication requires medication every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day and night.

Your role will be to ensure Anna is dressed and ready for her morning routine before the school bus arrives. You will accompany her to and from school. After school is activities, physio, bath and bed routine; medication administration, setting up oxygen and SATs monitor and settling Anna down for sleep. 

This job will suit someone who is proactive and energetic, who has a genuine interest in working with children and within a family environment.  

There will be an induction period with ongoing supervision and the opportunity to travel with the family on their summer holidays! Please get in touch for more information on the requirements of this role.
