We are delighted to be working in association with Brownbill Associates Ltd. on this position. Brownbill will be carrying out all the recruitment and will contact all shortlisted candidates.

Josh 5, has an acquired brain injury and Mum and Dad are recruiting a full care team. Josh is an engaging, gregarious little chap, who loves being outdoors, going to the park and swimming. Josh is a very capable little boy, he has huge potential and we are confident that with the right team he will flourish.

In this role you will be working alongside his therapy team to engage with Josh, through communication and play to aid his development. You will support Josh with his self-help skills to promote his independence.  Josh is mobile and non-verbal so he requires close supervision at all times as he has little safety awareness.   Josh requires support throughout the night as he struggles with sleeping.

We are looking for creative, energetic and positive support workers who can motivate and encourage Josh to reach his full potential. The role will suit a fun and dynamic person who can incorporate arts and crafts, games, music and songs into their work with young people.  Bespoke training is provided however we are looking for candidates with a real passion for supporting children with additional needs.
