Jason (nearly 7) is a charming, cheeky and sociable boy who is full of enthusiasm, he is a great big brother to his two sisters! Jason has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and is administered all nutrition, fluids and medication via peg.
The role will involve providing hands on support for Jason within the family home, assisting him with the morning and afterschool routine, exploring new interests and getting out and about in the community, attending some clubs such as beavers. The blended rota will include a mixture of shifts such as waking nights and weekends.
We are looking for fun, caring and energetic team members who are keen to ensure Jason reaches his full potential and has a lot of fun and excitement on his journey!
