Days & Hours: Flexible part time shifts available, initially looking for before and after school between 7.00am to 10.00am and 3.00pm to 7.30pm, Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm and extra hours during the school holidays.

A lovely family in the Worcester area are recruiting additional members for their daughter Charlotte’s care team. Charlotte 12, has cerebral palsy, is a wheelchair user and is dependent on others to meet all her care needs. She is bright, alert and responsive although when first meeting people she can be shy. Charlotte loves sensory stories, pamper days, messy craft activities, creative play and partaking in local clubs. To support her communication, Charlotte uses switches.
This role will involve supporting Charlotte with all aspects of her care and ensuring her she is able to express her feelings. Charlotte requires dedicated support workers who will promote her independence, give her choices and support her in all areas of development to ensure she is reaching her full potential.
This job will suit an outgoing, enthusiastic and caring support worker / PA with excellent communication skills, high standard of practice and are passionate about working with children with additional needs.
