£117.00 gross per shift, two consecutive shifts per week! Reliable, caring and kind Female* Night Carer to join Evie’s wonderful care team in Hersham! 

Location: Hersham, KT12
Nearest Train Station: Walton on Thames
Wage / Salary: £117.00 gross per shift 
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? On duty
Essential Experience:  Supporting a client with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Manual handling and medication administration.
Desirable Experience: Working within family home. Gastrostomy feeding.
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Sunday and Monday Nights, 8.00pm – 9.00am. Additional hours in school holidays available.


Evie is an engaging, cheeky and loving 10 year old, who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and a visual impairment. She also requires her nutrition and medication via PEG. Evie has an amazing team around her, who work together to motivate her and encourage independence. This includes lots and lots of singing!

This role will involve supporting Evie 1:1 with all aspects of her care plan, therapy and sleep routine. We are looking for a compassionate and pragmatic Night Carer to support Evie from bedtime until she goes to school. This includes settling her to bed, administering medication and helping with day-to-day housekeeping. The Night Carer will be able to sleep from 11.15pm - 6am, when Evie is asleep. If she wakes, she may need repositioning / personal care to help her settle back to sleep. From 6-9am, the Carer will help Evie with her morning routine, getting ready to go to school.

This is a great opportunity to work with a fabulous little girl and alongside an amazing hands-on family and care team. Fantastic training available for the successful candidate.
