Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? On duty
Essential:  Experience supervising and supporting care team members, working in a care environment with adults with disabilities, good command of English
Desirable: NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or above
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Full Time contract

About this client/child:
Peter (48) enjoys spending time with his family and friends, prayers and watching cricket and football. Peter sustained an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and is dependent on others with all aspects of his daily routine. He has a small, dedicated team who provide support for him at home and enable him to live as independently as possible.

Overview of role:
We are seeking a strong Team leader to support and supervise Peter’s care team. You will be responsible for the general team leading duties and managing the support team under the direction of the case management company; You will conduct supervisions, update the care plans and risk assessments, and ensure that the team are providing the highest standard of care and support. You will be required to cover regular shifts on a rota basis. Hours are to be confirmed, occasional night shifts. £17.00 gross per hour, 40 hours per week.
