Days & Hours: 3 shifts per week (5 hours per shift), by arrangement to suit client and Support Worker / PA. Ideally, 11.00 am – 4.00 pm

About this client/child:
Our client Jane is 29 years old and lives in a supported living setting in Whyteleafe, with the support of her case manager Jane is recruiting a Support Worker / PA to further develop her independence. Jane had meningitis as a baby and as a result, she has a learning disability and can present with behaviours that challenge.
Overview of role:
Jane is thriving in her supported living setting; her confidence and self-esteem is growing daily, and we are keen to continue this positive progress. Jane enjoys getting out and about, socialising and browsing the local shops, she heads out each day and likes to keep busy. Jane would like a Support Worker / PA that will support her during these trips out and to encourage her to explore new interests and hobbies.

A friendly, caring and down to earth Support Worker / PA who is easy to connect with and ready to make a long-term commitment to support Jane. It is essential that you’re a confident driver and are happy to use your car for work purposes.
