Days & Hours: Bank contracts available, mostly weekend shifts. Typical Shift Time (Monday to Sunday) 8.00am - 7.30pm or 3.30pm to 7.30pm.

About this client/child:
Lily is an adorable, bright and sociable 5-year-old fun-loving little girl. Lily lives at home with her Mummy and sister, she attends a specialist school and requires support with her afterschool, weekend and school holiday routine. Lily has cerebral palsy which affects her four limbs and her verbal communication, she has epilepsy, dystonia and a PEG in situ. Lily is a busy bee; she loves to be involved in all activities both at home and out in the community.

Overview of role:
Assisting with all aspects of Lily’s care plan, supporting her with all daily living tasks, working alongside Mum or sole charge. In this role, you will implement physiotherapy programmes, create fun, stimulating and educational games to support her developmental skills, encourage and motivate, and support her in achieving her targets and goals. Training is provided in all areas of care including personal care, using specialist equipment and PEG feeding.
