Title: Classroom and Specialist Teachers | Dhaka
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Wage: $43.000 - $46.000 (USD) net per annum (depending on qualifications), plus fantastic benefits (accommodation, flights, relocation package, medical insurance, transport to and from school etc)
Driver required? Not Required
Essential: Teaching qualification, 2+ years experience, strong classroom management skills, genuine passion for educating children, native English speaker, supporting children with SEN
Preferable: Knowledge of International Baccalaureate programs and Fieldwork (National) Curriculum
Start Date: August 2020
Days & Hours: Sunday –Thursday, 7.30am – 3.30pm
Accommodation: Shared accommodation in same-gender flats for single candidates or Family flats for candidates with partners or children, basic furnishing and bills included 


About this client/child: Our client is an executive director of a brand new school-based in Dhaka. This innovative school is strongly focusing on improving educational opportunities and outcomes for students from underprivileged backgrounds and with additional educational needs. Their mission is to help each child to reach their full potential and create a friendly, happy and stimulating place to learn where each child feels safe and nurtured. We are looking for qualified classroom teachers Key stage 1 and 2 (Grade 1-5), and specialist teachers (in subjects such as Art, PE, IT and Spanish), to become part of this fantastic new international school opening in August 2020. 


Overview of role: You will be responsible for planning, implementing and assessing lessons for all children in the designated class in line with curriculum objectives. You will facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils and create a secure and stimulating classroom environment where students thrive by introducing fun, engaging and interactive methods. You will uphold the highest standard of organisation and discipline, maintaining assessment records and report on pupils’ progress to senior staff, parents and carers, in accordance with school policy.
