Case Managers: Children

Locations: We are recruiting for a number of full and part-time openings for paediatric case managers across the UK
Wage / Salary: Competitive package according to experience. Employed or self-employed.
Essential Experience: A minimum of 6 years’ post-graduate experience, Management Experience
Essential Qualifications: Relevant professional diploma or degree (e.g. OT, nursing, clinical psychology, physiotherapy, social work). Relevant professional state registration such as HCPC 

We are delighted to be working with Harrison Associates, who Snap have known and worked with for many years, on the exciting post of Case Manager, Paediatric Specialist.

The Role of a Case Manager
Case managers are clinically trained problem-solvers and resourceful lateral thinkers who work with the individual and their family, medical and legal team, insurer and employer to create, implement and evaluate plans to address a range of needs, including medical and psychological, care, social, educational, employment, housing, leisure and general quality of life. Harrison Associates provides case management services to children (and adults) with catastrophic and life-changing injuries. They have a reputation for excellence and hold international quality accreditation. Harrison Associates offer industry-leading training, development, supervision and support. 

This role will suitable for someone who is new to the field or an experienced case manager. All applicants must have at least 6 years' post-qualification experience working with children with complex conditions, especially brain or spinal injury or cerebral palsy.
