Up to £60.00 per Hour. An established and expanding Case Management Company are currently recruiting for a dynamic Case Manager to support clients across London and the South East. 

 

 

 

 

Title: Case Manager 
Location: Clients across London and South East, home based work
Wage / Salary: £45.00 - £60.00 gross per hour, depending on experience
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? Will need own car
Essential: NMC, HCPC or equivalent registration plus at least 4 years post qualifying experience working as a Case Manager, Social Worker, Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Teacher, or Speech and Language Therapist.
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Flexible working hours (depending on client needs)

Our client is a thriving case management company working with children and adults with acquired / traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, limb loss, dementia and poly trauma across London and the South East.

Case Management is a challenging but extremely rewarding role and it both varied and collaborative. A case manager is responsible for meeting each client’s individual’s needs from assessing rehabilitation needs and managing care packages to supporting families through the litigation process. The company provides support, including HR support, but you’ll manage your own caseload working from home around client visits.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a current NMC, HCPC or equivalent registration and have a minimum, 4 years post-qualifying experience as stated above. Please click the link below to read the full job description.
