Wage / Salary: Starting at £29,640.00 + Gross per annum. Hourly rate £15.00 gross per hour weekday | £17.00 gross per hour weekends

Essential Experience: Team Lead or Senior Support Worker, supporting a child with PMLD
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Term-time Monday to Friday 7.00am – 9.00am Monday 3.00pm – 9.00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3.00pm – 8.00pm and Friday 3.00pm – 6.00pm. Additional hours during school holidays. 4 additional hours for admin per week. On average 38 hours per week.
Jason (nearly 7) is a charming, cheeky and sociable boy who is full of enthusiasm, he is a great big brother to his two sisters! Jason has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and is administered all nutrition, fluids and medication via peg.
The role will involve providing hands on support for Jason, managing and overseeing a small team within a family setting. Mum and Dad are very hands on with Jason however they are looking forward to taking a step back and to start being Mum and Dad again!
We need a Team Leader / Senior Support Worker who is passionate, organised and professional.
