£31,200.00 + gross per annum. Proactive, creative and experience Team Leader to manage Adam’s busy care team. Position is full-time and based in Camberley.

Location: Camberley
Nearest Train Station: Camberley Railway Station
Wage / Salary: Starting at £31,200.00 + Gross per annum. Hourly rate £15.00 gross per hour weekdays £17.00 gross per hour weekends
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? Yes, on duty only (must be a confident driver)
Essential Experience: Team Leading. Supporting a client with complex medical needs. Ideally have experience working within a family setting.
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Term-time Monday to Friday 7:00am – 9:30am and 2:30pm – 8:30pm. School holidays: Same hours during term time however not a split shift. Hours to be mutually agreed with family and case manager. Waking Night – Two shifts per month.


Adam 7 is a charming, cheeky and sociable boy, he is enthusiastic, playful and a great big brother to both his sisters! Adam has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, complex medical needs and receives his nutrition, fluids and medication via peg. He is a wheelchair user and requires support with each aspect of daily living.

In this role you will not only provide hands on support for Adam including but not limited to personal care, manual handling, hoisting, administering medication, arrange appropriate fun and educational activities, days out, implement therapy programmes but you will also overlook and follow his care plan, organise monthly rota’s, arrange supervisions, training, take responsibility for ordering, re stocking, equipment and it is paramount that you have the ability to motivate, manage and support your team. You will liaise with Adam’s professional therapy team, school and most importantly his parents and case manager – excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Adam requires 2:1 support 24/7, he has complex medical needs so we require an experience team leader who is confident, efficient, proactive and positive.

This is a fabulous opportunity for an experience Team Leader who wants to take on a new challenge. Adam and his family are transitioning to full-time support and they are very excited to welcome a team leader on board.
