About this client/child:
Our lovely client Lily is 8 years old, an engaging, mischievous, and funny little girl who loves imaginary and creative play, baking, watching Horrid Henry and giggle quiz. She has cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user. She has a visual impairment, epilepsy, and communication difficulties. Lily is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage her hardworking care team who provide day and waking night support.

Overview of role:
The Team Leader will have the opportunity to work 1:1 with Lily and continue working hands-on and providing practical support. The Team Leader will support and assist with all aspects of her care plan, personal care needs, including feeding and carrying out therapy programmes under the guidance of her therapists and support with accessing activities.

As Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a small but busy care team providing round the clock support to Lily in her family home. Duties include carrying out supervisions, competency assessments, arranging training, managing the rota, payroll, timesheets, and sickness. Liaising with professionals and arranging appointments. The Team Leader will have a dedicated office on-site to complete duties.

Waking nights 21.30 to 7.00
Weekend day - 6.30am to 10.15 and 14.45 to 21.30
Weekends - 6.30 am to 10.15 and 12pm to 20.00
