Weekend Support Worker 
Location: Seaford, East Sussex, BN25
Wage: £12.50 Weekdays £14.50 Weekends | Gross per Hour 
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? Yes, adapted vehicle, automatic drive
Essential: Previous experience supporting a client with a physical disability and/or childcare experience.
Days & Hours: Alternate Weekends: Saturday 10.30am - 8.00pm, Sunday 6.45am - 12.00 Midday.

About this child:
Our lovely client Lily is 10 years old, an engaging, mischievous, and funny little girl who loves imaginary and creative play, baking, watching Horrid Henry, and giggle quiz. She has cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user. She has a visual impairment, epilepsy, and communication difficulties. Lily is looking for a fun and bubbly Support Worker to join her team. 

Overview of role:
This is a fun role that invovles working every other weekend.  The Support Worker will have the opportunity to be out and about, exploring new interests with Lily and really making the most of her weekends! You will support Lily to access and take part in activities at home and out and about in the community.  You will assist with all aspects of her care plan, personal care needs, including feeding and carrying out therapy programmes under the guidance of her therapists.

An outgoing, bubbly, energetic and fun *female Support Worker who has the availability to make a long-term commitment to Lily.

You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and work with experienced therapists and have ongoing supervision from Lily’s case manager.
