We are delighted to be working with Harrison Associates, who Snap have known for many years on the exciting post of Case Manager, Paediatric Specialist.

The Role of a Case Manager
To assess, plan, implement, co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate the options and services required to meet an individual’s health, care, education and employment needs, using communication, advocacy and available resources to promote quality, cost effective outcomes. (Acknowledgements to CMSUK)

Harrison Associates provides case management services to children (and adults) with major and catastrophic injuries. They have a reputation for excellence and hold internal quality accreditation. Harrison Associates offer industry-leading training, development, supervision and support. 

This role will suitable for someone who is new to the field with at least 6 years' post-qualification experience working with children with complex conditions, especially brain or spinal injury or cerebral palsy or an experienced case manager.
