Case Management Recruitment
Snap Care recruits high calibre Support Workers, SEN Nannies/Mannies, and Personal Assistants to support adults, young people and children with disabilities or additional needs. We work across the UK directly with clients and families and with case managers.
If approached to do so, we can also offer a service to recruit case managers using the Snap Shortlist Service.

How does the Shortlist Service Work?
We will discuss your requirements and then create a bespoke advert which we believe will attract the right applicants. Once approved, we will promote the vacancy widely, including on 4 premium job boards, the Snap Care website and our social media platforms.
We will call applicants to screen them against your objective criteria, for example, HCPC registration, experience with clients with acquired brain injury, a driver with their own car etc.
If they match the essential criteria, we will forward their CV to you for you to pick up the recruitment.
The Shortlist Service comes with a 30-day guarantee. Placement costs are £1980.00 per placed case manager. All fees are subject to VAT.
