Andrew Knight: Director
Andrew started Snap with Sally Britton in 2001. He is dad to Camilla who has cerebral palsy (right and below) and so can understand from a parent's perspective the importance of working with the best candidates.
Camilla: Snap's Inspiration!
Camilla, Andrew Knight's daughter, was the initial inspiration to start Snap Care. Camilla continues to be our inspiration and motivation to set the benchmark for the best care and opportunity for children and adults with disabilities or additional needs.
Sally Britton: Managing Director
Sally has a BSc (Hons) Psychology completed as a mature student. Sally has worked in the disability profession since gaining her NNEB (Nursery Nursing Diploma) in 1983. She worked extensively with children with a range of disabilities and additional needs before starting Snap with partner Andrew Knight in 2001. Sally continues to manage Snap and focuses on the growth and development of the business. Sally is a regular attendee/exhibitor at conferences across the UK, speaker at various conferences and Case Management Company Professional Training Days and host for the Snap Wednesday Webinars.
Jade Coffey: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Jade is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and joined the Snap team in 2014. Jade’s specialist area is working alongside Case Managers and Solicitors recruiting for complex care and rehabilitation packages following Medical Negligence or Personal Injury.
In addition to her professional experience, Jade’s brother has Cerebral Palsy and requires 24/7 care. Her personal experience gives real insight and understanding to the challenges families may face on a day-to-day basis.

Rachael Cordell: Senior Specialist Recruiter
Rachael is a Senior Specialist Recruiter and joined the Snap team in 2014. She holds a BSc degree in Psychology and has direct experience working with children and young people with a variety of disabilities and additional needs. Before joining the Snap team Rachael worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a secondary school and was also a Tutor at Explore Learning. She has hands-on experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, Asperger’s, behaviours that may challenge, visual impairments, developmental delay and cerebral palsy.
Rachael has supported and worked with many clients and candidates over the years and is very experienced to work on all three of our recruitment options. Rachael’s specialist areas are SEN Nanny/Manny roles, behavioural, and educational placements.
Alexis-Maree Dizon: Social Media Officer
Alexis is a forensic psychology student at Nottingham Trent University. She has studied psychology for over 7 years as a student and has a wide range of knowledge in psychology. Aside from psychology, she has experience in volunteering to help young children read and transition from primary school to high school. She also has experience in planning and hosting events when she was president of her society during her undergraduate study.
Her interest is in practising forensic psychology however, she also has a passion for advertising and social media. Her background and speciality are in research and she will be running and managing all of Snap Care’s social media. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to message her on any of the social media platforms and she will answer any of your questions or direct you to the appropriate team member.
Ruth Lillis: Senior Administrator
Ruth is our full-time administrator. Ruth joined Snap in June 2010 and ensures the smooth running of the office. Ruth has gained a huge amount of knowledge and understanding of specialist childcare and care recruitment since joining Snap – she is also an excellent judge of character!
Janet MacLennan: Team Leader, Specialist Recruiter
Janet has extensive SEN experience She worked for many years supporting children and young people and their families within the home setting, with various additional needs; Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury to name a few. Janet first came to Snap in 2004 as a recruiter and then in 2007 had the opportunity to work overseas supporting a young autistic person.
On her return, Janet was offered the role of Team Leader within the Snap Team. An invaluable experience! Janet is based in Portugal where she supports the Snap team and recruits for several clients.
Kamila Nevrklova: Senior Specialist Recruiter
Kamila is a Senior Specialist Recruiter and joined the Snap team in 2017. She has gained a Ba (Hons) in Psychosocial studies and her interests are in children’s mental health and wellbeing.
Kamila has 15 years’ experience working with children and adults with complex medical needs and learning disabilities. Before joining Snap she had been managing large contracts for care providers across London.

Jackie Skinner: Business Development and Recruiter Support
Jackie's background is in HR and Public Relations. Her interest in working in the special needs field came after doing voluntary work for icandance, an arts-based charity for children with additional needs. She joined Snap in May 2011. Jackie is a woman of many talents including compiling and distributing our monthly online newsletter, assisting with contracts and HR questions, working out rotas, costings, and proof-reading! Jackie works with the team at Snap to develop business opportunities with Case Management Companies and other Associated Professionals.
